About the role

The Data Center Technician will be responsible for managing and maintaining large-scale IT infrastructure and data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of data center infrastructure.
• Test and troubleshoot new server and network hardware components and designs.
• Install and maintain switches, routers, and other large scale networking gear.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance and monitoring of server systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing computer, server, and network hardware.
• Advanced cabling knowledge (vertical, horizontal, structural, splicing, etc.) preferred but not required.
• Ability to collaborate and partner with people and teams to overcome challenges.
• Valid Class B driving license.
• At least 3 years of work experience in technical support.
