Data Center Team Lead - Dock - A-Shift M-F 6:00am-2:30PM

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers, managing shipping documents and records.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenish critical spare parts on site at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Oversee and perform placement of server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100 % accuracy.
• Oversee and perform population of electronic components and install cabling into server racks according to diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform and oversee cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday.

Requirements

• 3‑5 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; regular interaction with customers and stakeholders on site.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with diverse groups.
• Critical thinking and strong analytical skills for data‑driven decision making.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols for work with live electrical and electronic equipment.
• Experience assembling and installing servers and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Capability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to pass required background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests.

Pay

Base pay range: $21.00 – $21.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on job‑related factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.

Schedule

A‑Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.
