Data Center Supervisor- Pharmacy A Shift (Sun.-Weds. 6am-4:30pm)
About the Role
We are seeking a Supervisor-Pharmacy A Shift to join our team in Clarksville, TN. This is an entry-level leadership role within our Solutions division, where you will oversee production associates involved in loading/unloading freight, managing materials, and assembling server racks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, organize, and coordinate cycle counts, inventory replenishments, and material returns
- Ensure adherence to safety measures to protect personnel and property
- Advise subordinates on work-related questions or problems
- Monitor work areas for accuracy, neatness, and compliance with policies and procedures
- Recommend and implement changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality, and safety
- Assist subordinates in performing their duties when necessary
Working Environment
This role involves utilizing multiple internal and external systems to ensure process compliance and accuracy. You will maintain service level agreements, ensure subordinates follow safety protocols, and interact frequently with customers, peers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Pass federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of experience in material handling operations preferred

- Solid interpersonal and analytical skills
Pay
Compensation range: $70,000-$72,000/Annual
