Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all on-site construction activities for the data center projects.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and trades on-site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential challenges or improvements.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
