We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes overview and description. We need headings for sections present: About the role? Not explicit but we have overview paragraph. Could use "About the role" heading for overview. Then Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits? There's Pay Range, Travel Requirements, Physical Activities, Environmental Conditions, Physical Demands. Those could be under Benefits? Actually they are more like job details. The instructions: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content. We have overview paragraph: "At ENFRA, we blend..." That's about company and role overview. Could be About the role. Responsibilities: many bullet points. Qualifications: Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications; Preferred Education, Experience, And Qualifications. Skills: maybe not explicit separate; but qualifications include skills. Pay: Pay Range given. Schedule: Travel Requirements, 6 day work week maybe schedule? Could be Schedule section. Benefits: Not mentioned besides maybe none. No explicit benefits like health, retirement. So we should not create Benefits section. Requirements: Could be same as Qualifications? The instruction list includes Requirements as possible heading. But we have Qualifications section. We could combine Required and Preferred under Qualifications. Or we could have Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). But better to follow typical: Qualifications includes both required and preferred. We'll output Qualifications heading with subpoints. Schedule: Travel Requirements and 6 day work week. That's schedule info. Pay: Pay Range. We also have Physical Activities, Environmental Conditions, Physical Demands. Those could be under a section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. Not required to output. Could drop? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It didn't say we must include all possible headings; we can omit sections not in allowed list if not appropriate. However we might want to include a section like "Physical Demands" but not in allowed list. Probably better to omit those details? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; cannot drop details. So we need to include that info somewhere. Could incorporate into a "Working Conditions" section but not allowed heading. Could we use "Requirements" to include physical demands? Not ideal. Maybe we can create a section "Details" but not allowed. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Safer to stick to those headings and fit info under them. We can place Physical Activities, Environmental Conditions, Physical Demands under "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Could be under "Requirements" as they are job requirements. We'll create a Requirements heading and list those as bullet points. Thus sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (includes required qualifications, preferred, physical demands, etc.), Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statement, e-Verify, etc. Remove that paragraph. Now craft HTML. Structure:

But note the overview repeats some of earlier; we can combine. Better: Provide a concise paragraph about role and company. We must preserve all substantive information; we can't omit details like "over 100 years of experience", etc. So include them. Now Responsibilities: list bullet points. We need to extract responsibilities list from text. Responsibilities bullet points: - Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning with job hazard analysis reviews and approvals, on-site tool box talks, and conducting site walks with the project team. - Responsible for execution of the project throughout its life cycle. - Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal legal requirements. - Responsible for conducting and documenting operational project meetings (Hand-Off Meeting, Kick-Off Meeting, etc.) with appropriate parties in a timely manner. - Negotiate and prepare vendor and subcontractor agreements in alignment with project estimates. - Evaluate submittals to ensure they reflect the contract drawings, specifications. - Coordinate quality assurance and quality control with appropriate personnel to meet company and project requirements. - Responsible for managing the coordination of project’s scope through the Building Information Management Department with assistance from the appropriate quality control personnel and project supervision. - Perform the financial set up of the project including equipment, labor, materials, other direct job costs, and subcontracts for leadership approval. - Conduct monthly project cost reviews, capturing any deviations from the financial setup or schedule early while keeping all project team members and leadership informed to aid in beating project schedule and budgetary goals. - Manage the project’s Accounts Receivables by developing the pay applications schedule of value to ensure timely and accurate billings and collection of our payments to maintain a positive cash position. - Manage the project’s Accounts Payables by working with the Accounting and Legal Departments to ensure that subcontractors and vendors are paid in a timely fashion and all risks associated with payments are mitigated. - Responsible for obtaining and coordinating appropriate lien waivers, state notifications, tax documentation, and permits for the project. - Responsible for ensuring the project’s budget and scope are always aligned through the change management process. - Daily project requirements include but not limited to: attend jobsites meetings, schedule deliveries, perform project site documentation, review jobsite labor reports with supervision, tool/equipment rental requisition, coordinate job progress, material and consumables requisitions, preparation and tracking of request for information, assist supervision with permitting and inspections, approve vendor/sub invoices, status reports, monthly billings and collections. - Build and maintain strong relations with internal team members, the customer, subcontractors, and vendors. - Monitor status of Risk Management items, including Notices to Proceed, contract agreement (including change orders), insurance policies, and bonds. - Responsible for close-out documents including operations and maintenance manuals, equipment start-up documents, as-built requirements, warranty letters, and Owner-training items. - Responsible for managing all warranty work falling within contractual obligations if applicable. - Coordinates the start-up and commissioning processes with the project team members, subcontractors, the customer, and any other external party involved to ensure compliance in a timely manner. We'll put each as
  • . Now Requirements: include Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications; Preferred Education, Experience, And Qualifications; Travel Requirements; Physical Activities; Environmental Conditions; Physical Demands; maybe also 6 day work week (schedule). But schedule separate. Let's list under Requirements: Required: - Extensive experience in large ($50+M) hyperscale data center construction. - Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related technical discipline or 10+ years of Project Management experience working for a mechanical subcontractor in the areas of commercial HVAC and Plumbing. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment. - Well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors. - Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary. Preferred: - Bachelors degree (maybe redundant) Actually "Preferred Education, Experience, And Qualifications Bachelors degree". So we list: Bachelor's degree. Travel Requirements: - 0 - 15% travel required - 6 day work week (maybe schedule but we can include here) Physical Activities: - Assessing the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned - Climbing stairs. - Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods - Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles - Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another Environmental Conditions: - Noisy environment - Outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind - Low temperature - High temperature Physical Demands: - Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds We could also include "Pay Range" under Pay section. Pay: USD $134,430.00 - USD $179,380.00 /Yr. Schedule: maybe we already included travel and 6 day work week under Requirements; but we could also have Schedule section with those. However we already used Requirements for many items; we could move travel and work week to Schedule. Let's decide: We'll have Schedule section with: - 0 - 15% travel required - 6 day work week Thus Requirements will exclude travel and schedule. Now we need to ensure we don't create empty sections. Now produce HTML. Make sure to use
    • for lists. We'll have:

      Responsibilities

      • ...
      • ...

      Requirements

      • Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
        • ...? Actually we could nest but simpler: just list each bullet as separate
        • with description. We can have subheadings inside
        • but not required. We'll just list each bullet. Thus:

          Requirements
