Data Center Site Selection Manager

About the role

This role will work closely with capacity planning, design and data hall engineering, construction, delivery, legal, security, networking, compliance, and operations teams throughout each project and transaction sequence. You will prepare and present periodic investment write-ups and governance presentations in collaboration with key stakeholders. The position requires strengths in stakeholder management, analytics, negotiation, and a drive to execute.

Responsibilities

• Identifies, prioritizes, and executes a broad portfolio of functional initiatives and programs.
• Plans and directs schedules for multiple simultaneous programs.
• Partners with global cross-functional teams to capture program requirements.
• Navigates complex dependencies between teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path; addresses and mitigates risks.
• Influences internal and external teams to prioritize; drives mitigation plans and ensures ownership with regular follow-up through program closure.
• Provides rigorous management and analysis of overall portfolio budget (spend vs. budget, spend per program, historical trends, etc.).
• Establishes scalable frameworks (processes, tools) for end-to-end project management, applying project management standards and documentation best practices.
• Runs standups and sprint planning exercises for owned programs.
• Builds and maintains consistent reporting across numerous programs.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments; may coordinate activities of other personnel.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Certain U.S.-based or U.S. customer/client-facing roles may require compliance with immunization, occupational health mandates, and/or drug testing.

Pay

Hiring range in USD: $90,100 – $209,500 per year. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
