Data Center- Safety Manager
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Safety Manager to lead all Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives on large-scale mission-critical and hyperscale data center construction projects. This individual will partner closely with project management, field supervision, trade partners, and client safety representatives to ensure the highest standards of safety performance across all electrical construction activities. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in electrical construction safety, strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), energized work practices, and a proven ability to foster a proactive safety culture in fast-paced construction environments. This is a fully onsite position in Port Washington, WI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of construction safety experience.
- Minimum 3+ years supporting mission-critical, data center, industrial, power, or large-scale electrical construction projects.
- Thorough knowledge of OSHA regulations, electrical safety standards, and construction best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Skills
Preferred certifications: OSHA 500 or OSHA 510, OSHA 30-Hour Construction, CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician), CSP (Certified Safety Professional), STS-C (Safety Trained Supervisor Construction), First Aid/CPR/AED, NFPA 70E Training, HAZWOPER (preferred).
Pay
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $130000.00/hr.
