Daily Responsibilities
- Hands On: 60%
- Team Lead / Quality Oversight: 20%

Required Skills & Experience
- 2.5+ years of hands-on fiber installation experience
- 1.5+ years of experience in a large data center environment
- Experience with single-mode and multi-mode fiber
- Hands-on experience with OTDR, VFL, optical power meters, stabilized light sources, and test sets
- Experience with fiber installation, migration, remediation, decommissioning, and break/fix
- Ability to read and execute MOPs, network diagrams, engineering documents, and cut sheets
- Previous team lead experience
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Willingness to travel within the U.S.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience overseeing or auditing third-party technicians/vendors
- Optical transport infrastructure experience
- Hyperscale or large enterprise data center experience
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience leading new data center deployments/project kickoffs
- Strong documentation and Microsoft Office skills
