Data Center Operator

Position Overview

The Data Center Operator will manage the data center environment and infrastructure support with a focus on physical and system monitoring in a technology-driven environment.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data center facilities management, NOC, or command center environments.
• 1–2 years of workload automation/batch scheduling administration or Windows Server administration.
• Experience supporting DCIM tools and monitoring platforms (Brightlayer preferred; NetBox/Hyperview or similar ok).
• Calm under pressure; able to follow complex protocols during emergencies/outages; strong observational skills during physical monitoring rounds.
• Self-directed; able to manage small technical projects end-to-end with minimal oversight.
