Data Center Logistics - Contractor
About the role
The Supply Chain Team at Fluidstack runs site logistics for a live build and operation, including receiving, warehousing, staging, and delivery-to-floor. They ensure inventory records are accurate at the transaction level, coordinate deliveries with construction and deployment schedules, and operate material handling equipment safely.
Responsibilities
- Run site logistics for a live build and operation: receiving, warehousing, staging, and delivery-to-floor.
- Keep inventory records accurate at the transaction level so counts survive audits without recounts.
- Cook up deliveries into congested, schedule-driven sites.
- Coordinate with construction and deployment schedules to avoid dock and crane idleness.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and maintain a well-organized warehouse.
Requirements
- You've run warehouse or site logistics operations in construction, manufacturing, or data centers.
- You receive against POs accurately and escalate discrepancies the same day.
- You've coordinated deliveries into congested, schedule-driven sites.
- You are certified or certifiable on forklifts and material handling equipment.
Bonus
- Data center or construction logistics experience.
- WMS and inventory systems proficiency.
- Rigging awareness.
- DOT and freight coordination knowledge.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who have experience running warehouse or site logistics operations in construction, manufacturing, or data centers. You should be able to receive against purchase orders accurately and escalate discrepancies promptly. Coordination of deliveries into congested, schedule-driven sites is also a must-have skill. Certification or certification potential on forklifts and material handling equipment is preferred. Additional qualifications include experience in data center or construction logistics, proficiency with WMS and inventory systems, rigging awareness, and DOT and freight coordination knowledge.
Skills
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are essential. Proficiency in material handling equipment operation and familiarity with warehouse management systems are also required. Knowledge of DOT regulations and freight coordination is a plus.

Pay
Compensation Range: $118K - $159K
