3-24 month contract with potential conversion, onsite in Florence, KY.
Responsibilities
- Test and repair data center components using various testing rigs and jigs.
- Record test results in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Receive parts, maintain inventory, and check-out parts as needed.
- Diagnose hardware and network problems followed by physical repairs.
- Participate in team meetings for metric analysis and achievement of daily/weekly goals.
- Safely lift and move equipment, parts, and materials as required throughout the shift.
- Work in a warehouse/data center environment that requires passing through metal detectors and security screening procedures when entering and exiting the facility.
Requirements
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Basic to intermediate system administration skills.
- Ability to execute small projects independently and collaborate on larger projects.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Schedule
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST
