Data Center Dock Associate (Full-Time, Evening Shift)

About the Role

Responsible for managing material orders, customer service, and inventory at a data center.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight and ensure accurate, pristine materials
• Assemble and install servers, cabling, and hardware using various tools
• Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to standards through cleanup activities
• Perform quality checks and conduct inventory cycle counts
• Process returns
• Collaborate with stakeholders, providing excellent customer service

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills
• Critical thinking and analytical abilities
• Proficiency with computers and knowledge of electrical safety protocols
• Ability to work with live electrical/electronic components
• Ability to lift frequently
• Must pass background checks, clearances, and drug tests
• Capable of performing essential functions with or without accommodations
• Focus on safety, accuracy, and quality in all tasks
