Data Center Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Data Center Construction Project Manager to lead projects from design through commissioning and handover. This individual will coordinate contractors, engineering teams, technology vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery that meets schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience managing data center, mission critical, industrial, or commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing general contractors, engineering firms, specialty contractors, and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage project risks, drive accountability, and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Technical Skills

• Experience with project management tools such as Procore, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar technologies.

Soft Skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Requirements

• Experience with data centers or other mission critical facilities.
• Knowledge of DCIM platforms, commissioning processes, physical security systems, and facility infrastructure.
• Experience supporting hyperscale, AI, enterprise technology, or large infrastructure environments.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.
