Data Center Associate- RMA A Shift (Mon-Fri 6 AM - 2:30 PM)

About the role

Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management; assemble and install servers and electronic components using hand, power, and measuring tools.

Location: USA – Lockbourne, 225 Rathmell Rd. Division: Solutions. Time Type: Full Time.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site
• Process return shipments of various electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics
• Install rack hardware using various hand, power, and measuring tools
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers, and electric pallet jacks
• Perform cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards
• Push, pull, and lift frequently throughout the workday

Requirements

• 1‑3 years of related experience
• Experience with computers
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols
• Ability to pass federal/state/local government, airport, or company‑required background checks, clearances, and drug/alcohol tests
• Capable of performing all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Pay

Expected base pay range: $21 per hour.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (A Shift)
