About the role

Location: USA – New Albany, 1101 Beech Rd. Division: Solutions. Employment type: Full Time.

Schedule

E‑Shift: Thursday‑Friday 10:00 pm – 6:30 am; Saturday‑Sunday 6:00 pm – 6:30 am.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers, quantities and condition
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter
• Process return shipments of various electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100 % accuracy
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following provided diagrams and schematics
• Install rack hardware using various hand, power and measuring tools
• Operate material handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks
• Perform cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness and adherence to 5S standards
• Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the workday

Requirements

• 1‑3 years of related experience
• Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company‑required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests
• Daily adherence to safety and process procedures
• Punctuality and reliability
• Attention to detail and a focus on quality
• Ability to be flexible and cross‑train in multiple departments within the datacenter

Skills

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills; regular interaction with customers and stakeholders on site
• Ability to forge positive working relationships with different work groups
• Critical thinking and good analytical skills for confident decision‑making based on provided information
• Experience with computers
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge hazards and protocols when working with live electrical and electronic equipment

Pay

Expected base pay range: $21.00 – $25.50 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
