The Role
Lead the migration of patient care and management analyses, reports, queries, and dashboards to a major cloud platform.
Leverage expertise in relevant government health data and analytics systems to support health analytics service lines.
Apply advanced skills in metadata management, data modeling, and query optimization.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify architectural migration patterns and resolve data/system dependencies.
Collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders including healthcare professionals, government IT staff, and leadership.
Document technical processes and create high-quality migration documentation.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience of 12+ years.
- Proven experience working with key health data systems.
- Expertise in metadata management, data modeling, and query optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to identify architectural migration patterns and resolve dependencies.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with virtual and/or cloud-based servers and applications is highly preferred.
