Data Annotator - AI Training

What You'll Do

• Review, label, classify, and validate content according to project guidelines.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across assigned tasks.
• Identify edge cases, discrepancies, and annotation issues, and escalate them appropriately.
• Perform quality checks and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Work independently while meeting project quality and productivity expectations.

Requirements

• Currently located in the United States.
• 2+ years of professional writing experience, such as business analysis, research analysis, copywriting, journalism, technical writing, editing, translation, or a related field.
• A Bachelor's degree or undergraduate study in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or a related field, or relevant practical experience.
• Strong English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Google Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical judgment, communication, and the ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.

Qualifications

• A reliable desktop or laptop computer and internet connection.
• Experience in data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or AI or machine-learning data projects (preferred).
• Strength in data interpretation, logical reasoning, basic arithmetic, and objective decision-making.

Engagement Details

• Expected project duration of around 6 months.
• The project is expected to offer up to 8 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week.
• At least 4 hours per day of overlap with Pacific Time is required.
• Shortlisted candidates may complete an analytical assessment and an additional review.
• Completing an assessment does not guarantee selection or project work.
