About the role

Are you energized by turning performance data into strategy and measurable impact? Upward Oregon seeks a Data and Program Initiatives Director to define how we measure success, lead cross‑functional projects, and build partnerships that expand our savings programs statewide. You will manage reviews of program performance, guide new initiative implementations, engage vendors and community partners, and represent the division before boards and policymakers.
