Data and Analytics Director

The Director in Deal Advisory and Strategy Analytics leads data‑driven solutions, managing teams of Data Architects, Engineers, Visual Analysts, and Data Analysts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable data pipelines, models, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and deliver relevant data products and processes.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the evolution of data engineering and analytics capabilities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum ten years of experience in data solutions, including five years managing data and analytics teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s or PhD preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure Data Platform (Azure Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory, Power BI, Azure ML).
• Proven expertise in cloud‑native data ingestion, transformation, modeling, security, governance, and visualization.
• Strong communication skills and experience engaging with business stakeholders and executives.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and leading high‑performance, diverse teams.
