Data and Analytics Consultant

About the role

Our Data and Analytics consultants work with clients at all levels of the organization, from the C-suite to the shop floor, helping them to deliver on their most strategic initiatives. We're known for making realistic, data-driven decisions that deliver value in tangible ways to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients at all levels of the organization, from the C-suite to the shop floor, to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Present business cases and strategies to the C-Suite.
• Design and implement data-driven products and services.
• Lead data modernization initiatives that include platform, technology, and tool implementation and adoption.
• Conduct data management maturity assessments and identify data governance gaps.
• Deploy enterprise-wide reporting solutions while leveraging data visualization best practices.
• Manage internal initiatives that build our brand and organize trainings to share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

• Experience understanding and solving real business problems.
• Experience with presenting business cases and strategy to the C-Suite.
• Industry domain knowledge for custom data and analytics strategies.
• Experience in designing and implementing data-driven products and services.
• Experience in designing and building high-performance collaborative business and technology teams that deliver high-value data solutions.

Pay

This range below is an estimate depending on location, hours, operational needs, education, training, skills, and experience. This job may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Full-time
