We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. Remove boilerplate. The posting includes: "Why Choose Suddath to “Move” your Career to the Next Level?" That's like an intro. Then "What We Offer!" includes benefits: competitive wage, comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with company matching, weekly pay for hourly, biweekly for salaried, PTO, paid company holidays, tuition reimbursement, link. So we have Pay (weekly/biweekly) and Benefits (401k, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement). Also maybe "General position summary" is about the role. Then "Essential Duties & Responsibilities:" list. Then "Job Skills:" list. Then "Education & Experience:" duplicate of Job Skills? Actually they repeat same content. Then "Language Skills:", "Mathematical Skills:", "Reasoning Ability:", "Computer Operations:", "Planning/Organization:", "Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:", "Travel:", "Supervisory Responsibilities:", "Other Duties & Responsibilities:", "Working Conditions:", "Physical/Environmental Demands:", "Physical Activity Level:", "Manual Dexterity:", "Special Vision Requirements:", then company description, EEO. We need to preserve all substantive information, but we can combine similar sections. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe from "General position summary" and intro). Responsibilities (Essential Duties & Responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Education & Experience, Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Reasoning Ability, Computer Operations, Planning/Organization, Certificates, Travel, Supervisory Responsibilities). Skills (Job Skills). Benefits (What We Offer). Pay (weekly/biweekly). Schedule (maybe Working Conditions: three days per week on site, additional on-site presence). Also Travel (
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can combine similar items but must not lose detail. That's tricky: we need to keep all bullet points. We can create lists under each heading. We must not repeat duplicated lines: The Job Skills and Education & Experience are identical; we should include only once? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we remove duplicate, we might be losing duplicate info but it's same content; removing duplicate is not losing substantive information because it's same. Probably okay to deduplicate. We must remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we remove the EEO paragraph at end, also the duplicated lines (Job Skills vs Education & Experience). Also remove "Other Duties & Responsibilities: Please note this job description is not designed to cover..." maybe that's boilerplate? It's a disclaimer; could be considered boilerplate but it's part of job description. Might keep? It's not substantive? It's a note that duties may change. Might be considered boilerplate; but it's not EEO. I'd keep it as part of Responsibilities maybe? But it's a generic statement. Safer to remove as it's not specific duties. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." That line is not exactly those categories but it's a generic disclaimer; could be considered boilerplate. I'd remove it. Also remove "Working Conditions:" etc? Those are substantive about schedule and physical demands. We need to keep schedule (three days per week on site). Physical/Environmental Demands maybe not needed for schedule but could be omitted if not requested. The instruction: only create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections if posting actually states them. It does state schedule (three days per week). So we include Schedule section with that detail. Physical demands maybe not needed; but we could include under Schedule? Not required. Might be extra detail but not requested; we could omit to keep concise. However instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." If we omit physical demands, we are losing substantive info. So we need to include them somewhere. Could be under a section like "Working Conditions" but we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "Working Conditions". But we could incorporate physical demands into Schedule? Not ideal. Maybe we can add a section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., implying those are examples but we could use others? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. So we must fit all info into those categories. Physical demands maybe fit under Schedule? Not really. Could be under About the role? Not. Could be under Requirements? Not. Could be under Qualifications? Not. Could be under Skills? Not. Could be under Benefits? Not. Could be under Pay? Not. Could be under Schedule? Could include "Work schedule: three days per week on site; additional on-site presence for meetings; noise level low; physical demands: ..." That seems plausible to put under Schedule heading, as schedule and working conditions. We'll include schedule details plus physical demands. Similarly, "Travel: Less than 10% travel is required." Could go under Schedule as well (travel). Or under About the role? Probably Schedule. "Supervisory Responsibilities:" could go under Responsibilities or Requirements. Probably Responsibilities. "Certificates/Licenses/Registrations:" could go under Requirements or Qualifications. "Language Skills", "Mathematical Skills", "Reasoning Ability", "Computer Operations", "Planning/Organization" could go under Skills or Requirements. We need to avoid duplication. Let's structure:

    About the role

Intro paragraph: Why Choose Suddath... plus general position summary.

    Responsibilities

    • list of essential duties & responsibilities (including supervisory responsibilities? maybe separate). We'll include all essential duties plus supervisory responsibilities as separate li.

    Requirements

    • Education & Experience (Bachelor's..., 6+ years..., etc.)
    • Language Skills
    • Mathematical Skills
    • Reasoning Ability
    • Computer Operations
    • Planning/Organization
    • Certificates/Licenses/Registrations (preferred)
    • Travel (

    Skills

    • Job Skills list (the same as Education & Experience? Actually Job Skills list is similar but we already used Education & Experience for requirements. The Job Skills list includes: Bachelor’s Degree..., 6+ years..., Strong expertise..., Experience with Microsoft Fabric..., Experience using AI..., Experience managing Microsoft partners..., Experience leading data work through Kanban..., Strong communication..., etc. That's essentially same as Education & Experience. To avoid duplication, we could treat Skills as the same list but we already used it. Maybe we should not duplicate; we can combine Requirements and Skills into one? But we need both headings if content exists. However the posting has both "Job Skills:" and "Education & Experience:" with identical content. To preserve all substantive info, we could keep one and note that it's listed both as Job Skills and Education & Experience. But we cannot invent. We could include both headings with same list? That would be duplicating content, which violates "do NOT invent or summarize away detail" but duplicating is not inventing; it's preserving detail as appears. However earlier instruction: "Remove ... duplicated lines". So we should remove duplicated lines. So we should not repeat identical content. So we need to decide where to put it. Probably under Requirements (or Skills). We'll put under Requirements and omit Skills heading if no unique content. But then we lose the heading Skills which the posting had. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can omit Skills if its content is same as Requirements. We'll keep only Requirements. Thus we will not have Skills section.

      • comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company matching

But note Pay section: we have weekly/biweekly pay already in Benefits; but we also need a Pay section per instruction. We could separate Pay: weekly/biweekly. Benefits: 401k, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, link. Competitive wage maybe under Pay or Benefits. We'll put competitive wage under Pay. Thus:

      Pay

      • Competitive wage
      • Weekly pay for hourly-paid employees
      • Biweekly pay for salaried employees

      Benefits
