Data Analytics Manager - Global Network Analytics - Payments
About the role
This role will play a critical part in project execution and delivery for our Global Network Analytics team within our Global Payment Network (GPN) business. The GNA department provides analytical solutions to payment businesses covering the whole lifecycle of participant management. This department has a variety of teams that handle topics including marketing, pricing, fraud, optimization, automation, restitution, GenAI, and text modeling.

- Conduct analysis to evaluate processes and tests
- Extract and analyze data to gauge product offerings
- Consult on the design and implementation of new production and data storage systems
- Develop and implement strategic tests of products, initiatives, and marketing materials

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field) plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics, or a Master’s Degree plus at least 4 years of experience performing data analytics (required degree must be obtained on or before the scheduled start date)
- At least 4 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
- At least 4 years of experience performing programming
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline
- At least 7 years of professional data analysis work experience
- At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL
- At least 1 year of experience in people management
- At least 1 year of project management experience
- At least 1 year of experience in Tableau
- Proficient in utilizing and developing within AWS services
Pay
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below by location:
- New York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100
- Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 - $171,000
- Chicago, IL: $149,800 - $171,000
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
