Join an enterprise analytics function supporting a large, operationally complex organization with a significant national fleet. Partner with leaders across fleet, operations, supply chain, finance, data engineering, and other business functions. Help strengthen how operational data is translated into business decisions. Enter as a hands-on analytics leader with the opportunity to shape the function as it grows.
LOCATION
Based in South Charlotte. Regular onsite presence is expected.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
- 5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or insights-focused roles.
- Experience delivering analysis that influenced decisions and produced measurable business outcomes.
- Exposure to fleet, logistics, transportation, supply chain, field operations, or similarly complex environments.
- Advanced Power BI skills, including DAX, data modeling, dashboard development, and visualization design.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, R, and large, complex datasets.
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder influence, data storytelling, curiosity, and an interest in future leadership.
