Data Analytics Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Data and Analytics Lead to join our Professional Services team and play a key role in serving our clients while helping transform our operations in the AI era. This role supports our clients in fund and business performance analysis, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making in multiple aspects of their business.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-focused client implementation projects, building data pipelines, analytic dashboards, and custom reports based on the needs of the project.
• Owe accountability for timely delivery, both for yourself and for junior analysts you mentor.
• Assist in scoping, designing, and planning new projects as they arise.
• Identify gaps in workflows and implement process improvements based on client or internal business needs.
• Serve as a key bridge between Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to bring potential new solutions back into the core product offering.

Requirements

• Strong competence in information design, data visualization, and business intelligence.
• Working knowledge of SQL to write your own queries and reports (and we will test this during the interview process).
• Experience with ETL pipelines and working with data of disparate types and sources.
• Experience in leading professional services engagements, or comparable experience driving internal projects with stakeholders outside your immediate group.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
