About the role

Able to develop in SAP HANA database, develop and modify Hana objects (calculation views, table functions, stored procedures, etc.) and perform ETL. Create, optimize BODS jobs and Nifi, replicate tables, and other data engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues urgently and recover to meet customers' needs.
• Think implement automation, guardrails, think outside of the box to optimize daily ETL jobs.
• Create and revise documentation.
• Perform analysis on impact of the current state for the upcoming changes and execute development to support data driven analysis and metric reporting with responsibilities including data collection, reporting development, and analytics execution.

Requirements

• Must be US Citizen
• 6+ years of experience with SQL, Hadoop / Big Data, SAP HANA, or SAP Business Objects suite
• 6+ years of experience - Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with SAP HANA database
• 3+ years of experience with data analytics and/or visualization tools like Tableau
• 6 + years experience in ETL tool - especially in SAP BODS, Informatica and Nifi
• Strong problem-solving skills and strong oral and written communication skills
• Automation experience
• 3+ years of experience to perform analysis on impact assessment and lineage
• Create mapping, complete documentation

Qualifications

• Understanding of data governance, data security, and data quality
• Expertise in developing data warehouse solutions
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and/or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or other systems and processes
• Able to utilize internal AI tools to help with operation efficiency
