About the role
The Data & Analytics Associate Analyst works at the direction of a Team Leader to fulfill the data and analytical needs of designated business partner(s). Delivers solutions including reporting, dashboard development, predictive analytics, and ad hoc projects, and is accountable for the ongoing production and maintenance of reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Delivers analytical solutions, in a timely and accurate manner, at the direction of their respective Team Leader and is accountable for the ongoing production and maintenance of lower complexity reports and dashboards.
- Collaborates and communicates with other Data & Analytics team members to gain knowledge and provide dashboard and reporting enhancements.
- Builds a basic understanding of assigned business areas relative to line of business operations and enterprise-wide interactions.
- Develops a basic working knowledge of the underlying bank data, delivering project assignments with managerial direction.
- Builds an understanding of analytical platforms (e.g., BIC, Tableau) sufficient to fulfill basic analytical assignments.
- Demonstrates an awareness of the inherent risk of managing data assets and follows direction to ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements while delivering business results.
- Maintains a good working relationship with Bank employees. Works independently and as a motivated team player to contribute to the success of the department and organization.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Four-year degree in data science, computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, business, economics, and/or quantitative discipline preferred.
- Up to one year of general business experience with up to one year of specialized experience in data analytics preferred.
Physical Demands
- Operates a keypad device and office equipment 90% of the day.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
- Use of manual dexterity skills for typing up to 90% of the business day.
- Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18”-20”, distance vision, and depth perception for computer work.

Pay
Salary Range: $33,750.00 - $69,300.00
