Data Analyst with Security Clearance

About the Role

4-day work week: Monday to Wednesday onsite, Thursday remote. This role focuses on developing, inspecting, mining, transforming, and modeling data to enhance productivity, improve decision-making, and gain a competitive edge in an engineering setting. The position involves conducting statistical analysis for predictive forecasting, managing end-to-end data processing, and maintaining analytical systems while acting as a liaison with the business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analysis on data to ensure accurate predictive forecasting or classification.
• Manage all aspects of end-to-end data processing using customized report-building functions.
• Maintain analytical systems and verify data accuracy.
• Work with technical developers and data scientists to define business outcomes and govern capabilities.
• Assist with status reports for leadership reviews.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervene in problem-solving with project managers, suppliers, and internal customers.
• Manage and track supplier task completion, provide system access based on training completion, and support team efforts to ensure security levels are accurate.
• Develop AI bots to deploy and identify trends quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of supply chain management systems and sourcing processes is a significant plus.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, build consensus, shape/influence opinion, and articulate the future state.

Qualifications

• Python (3.10+) - production-level scripting, building deterministic pipelines (ETL, linking logic, data validation)
• AWS core services - S3, Lambda, boto3
• Data Cleaning and Data Integration - turning unstructured documents into clean data
• Data modeling for entity linking - experience designing keys/joins across datasets
• SQL
