About the role
Join us as a Mid-Level Data Analyst supporting our intel customer. Your role will involve advanced data analytics, predictive strategic workforce planning, and providing comprehensive workforce statistics.
Responsibilities
- Create mechanisms for self-service, on-demand options for customers, including dashboards and querying capabilities.
- Develop standardized data operating procedures and reporting to ensure consistent application across all career fields (CF).
- Support the Senior Executive Management Office (SEMO) by conducting workforce analysis and providing annual snapshots of the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES) and Defense Intelligence Senior Leader (DISL) population.
- Operate and maintain an Agency HR "data dictionary" to standardize data definitions and calculations.
- Gather key performance indicators (KPIs) and milestones for OHR’s functional areas and integrate requirements from agency leadership, mission owners, and career fields.
- Conduct predictive strategic workforce analysis to align with HR strategy and future mission planning requirements.
- Perform advanced analytics across the Talent Management System to provide timely and accurate metrics and reports for CFs.
- Maintain and monitor the health of career fields, analyzing fill rates, strength, talent pipeline, and anticipated attrition.
- Utilize "Career EXPLORER" and associated talent development tools to conduct strategic workforce analytics and inform talent analysis, planning, and management.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to write SQL code and query tables using SQL
- Bachelor's degree in analytics or related field
- 5 - 7 Years of data analyst experience
Preferred Skills
- Master’s degree
- Experience in applying analytics best practices to human capital problems and hypotheses
- Experience with the Intelligence Community (IC)
- Experience with Workforce/Talent Management/Analytics
- Experience with Tableau

Pay
The salary for this position is between $165,000 – $175,000 annually. Factors affecting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
Full-time position available in Reston, VA or Washington, D.C. (JBAB).

- Active TS/SCI clearance at the time of hire
- Willing/able to get CI Polygraph
