Data Analyst Senior

About the role

You will help support and improve operational performance by providing data-driven insights and building tools that track key processes. You'll work with teams across Operations such as Customer Care, Collections, and Revenue Management and partner with groups like Sales and Pricing to understand performance trends, track metrics, and support business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards that monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across Operations
• Use SQL, Power BI, and Excel to explore data, identify trends, and support decision-making
• Aid in the development and enhancement of existing reporting tools and systems
• Collaborate with teams across Operations and other departments to ensure shared understanding of performance goals and metrics
• Support ad hoc analysis requests and contribute to special projects as needed
• Identify opportunities to improve processes or highlight risks using data insights

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, Math, or Engineering, or a minimum of 5 years of experience in a business or operations-focused data role
• Proficient in SQL (T-SQL or PL-SQL preferred), Power BI, and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledgeable in PowerPoint and able to present findings in a clear and professional manner
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively with others

Qualifications

• Strong interest in learning and growing within the energy industry and data analytics space
• Previous experience in retail energy or working with CRM data

Pay

Salary Range: $88,800 – $136,045 USD annually
