About the role
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Lindon, UT, with some flexibility to work from home. The Data Analyst, Sales and Marketing is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing sales and marketing data to support decision-making and performance optimization. Day-to-day activities include building reports and dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying trends in customer behavior and campaign results.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proven experience with data analytics tools or methodologies.
- Foundation in statistics and the ability to interpret quantitative data for business insights.
- Experience with data modeling to organize, structure, and visualize complex datasets.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency with spreadsheet software and business intelligence or data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Relevant coursework or degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate in a hybrid work environment.
- Interest in the food, nutrition, or consumer packaged goods industry is a plus.
