Data Analyst, Product

About the role

Join our Analytics team as a Product Analyst to help us better understand how our customers experience 1Password. You'll work closely with senior analysts and cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and Design to support feature measurement, build reports, and help the business make data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior analysts and cross-functional partners to support feature measurement
• Build and maintain dashboards that help Product and Technology teams track progress against their objectives
• Support for your work on feature measurement and A/B testing, with increasing independence as you grow
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, documentation, and onboarding new team members

Requirements

• Naturally curious and motivated to ask good questions, dig into data, and keep learning
• 2+ years of experience working with data in an analytics, BI, or product context
• Familiarity with clickstream and behavioral event tracking tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel
• Experience building or contributing to dashboards in a BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• A developing ability to conduct, interpret, and communicate diagnostic analysis
• Attention to detail and good instincts around data quality
• Able to clearly communicate progress, blockers, and findings to teammates and stakeholders
• Comfortable seeking out help, asking clarifying questions, and partnering with others to solve problems

Qualifications

• Some exposure to A/B or A/A testing concepts and how they're used to measure product changes
• Beginner-level Python or R, familiarity with event taxonomy or instrumentation design, exposure to SaaS or Enterprise product environments
• Nice to have: Familiarity with modern AI or BI tools (Omni, Claude, Dust, Hex, or similar)

• USA-based roles: Annual base salary between $95,000 USD and $133,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
• Canada-based roles: Annual base salary between $83,000 CAD and $116,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.

Pay

The annual base salary for this role is between $95,000 USD and $133,000 USD for USA-based roles, and between $83,000 CAD and $116,000 CAD for Canada-based roles.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
