Responsibilities
- Analyze product, user, and job market data to identify trends and opportunities
- Write SQL queries and build recurring reports or dashboards
- Define and monitor key product and business metrics
- Support A/B tests and evaluate the impact of new features
- Investigate data quality issues and improve reporting accuracy
- Present findings clearly to product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Requirements
- Recent graduate or graduating soon in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with spreadsheets or Python
- Understanding of basic statistics, data analysis, and experimentation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely within the United States
Skills
Preferred:
- Experience with pandas, scikit-learn, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools
- Familiarity with product analytics, recommendation systems, or search
- Experience working with large or messy datasets
- Previous internship, research, or analytics project experience
