The Mid-Level Data Analyst turns product, growth, and operational data into insights and recommendations through analytics, reporting, measurement, data quality, and cross-functional decision support. Why Join Us • Build real, production AI agents used by real users• High ownership and impact• Work at the intersection of AI, agents, and product• Shape how people experience AI-driven job search Responsibilities • Analyse acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and marketplace performance• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring business reports• Design metrics and validate data quality across multiple sources• Perform cohort, funnel, experiment, and root-cause analyses• Partner with stakeholders to define questions and measurement plans• Translate findings into concise recommendations and next steps• Improve reusable SQL queries, documentation, and analytics processesQualification Required • 2 or more years of professional data analytics experience• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills• Experience with dashboards and business intelligence tools• Understanding of statistics, experimentation, funnels, and cohorts• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment• Authorised to work in the United States Preferred • Experience with Python, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools• Familiarity with product analytics, marketplace data, or marketing attribution• Experience working with cross-functional product teams
