Responsibilities

• Analyse acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and marketplace performance
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring business reports
• Design metrics and validate data quality across multiple sources
• Perform cohort, funnel, experiment, and root-cause analyses
• Partner with stakeholders to define questions and measurement plans
• Translate findings into concise recommendations and next steps
• Improve reusable SQL queries, documentation, and analytics processes

Qualifications

Required

• 2 or more years of professional data analytics experience
• Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills
• Experience with dashboards and business intelligence tools
• Understanding of statistics, experimentation, funnels, and cohorts
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Authorised to work in the United States

Preferred

• Experience with Python, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar tools
• Familiarity with product analytics, marketplace data, or marketing attribution
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams
