About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Analyst Data Manager to join our team onsite in Tucson, Arizona. This pivotal role involves managing all aspects of data deliverables associated with government contracts, ensuring compliance with standards, and facilitating seamless data flow throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will build and maintain data tracks within Product Data Management (PDM) systems, coordinate with program offices and suppliers, and secure necessary approvals for deliverables. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of government standards such as EIA-649 and GEIA-859, and experience in configuration and data management processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify all data deliverables incorporated in contractual agreements and ensure their proper management
• Construct and maintain data tracks within Product Data Management (PDM) systems such as Windchill
• Collaborate with Program Office to identify data preparers, receive data, and review for compliance with contractual and regulatory standards
• Secure programmatic approvals and ensure timely delivery of data products to customers throughout the contract lifecycle
• Review sub-tier contractor requirements, develop data tracks for supplier submissions, and manage data received from various suppliers
• Coordinate approval routing and incorporate data into prime contractor deliverables for customer review
• Manage secure, non-deliverable program work products, ensuring they are configuration controlled within the PDM system and related processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data management, configuration management, or related fields
• Experience with government standards and processes, including EIA-649 and GEIA-859
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Current and active Top Secret U.S. government security clearance
