About the Opportunity

The Data Analyst II will contribute to the data feeds team, specializing in the Kepler feed that tracks extensive US consumer transactions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data used by fundamental and systematic investors for research and trading strategies. The position requires ownership of the Kepler data, collaboration across teams, and the application of analytical skills to improve methodologies and data quality. It offers a remote-friendly arrangement within the US.

Responsibilities

• Own Kepler data content end-to-end, focusing on accuracy and increasing client value.
• Develop expertise in proprietary datasets and methodologies.
• Address complex data challenges using analytical judgment.
• Utilize AI and tooling to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy.
• Write prompts and evaluate outputs for client-facing AI tools.
• Collaborate with Research, Engineering, and other teams to optimize data processes.
• Handle complex customer inquiries regarding data anomalies and trends.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in data analytics from relevant fields.
• Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or PySpark.
• Proven ability to learn complex data methodologies quickly.
• Experience leading complex analytical projects.

Pay Range and Compensation Package
