Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Microsoft product knowledge.
• Strong SQL experience writing queries.
• Ability to collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual team environment.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost effective and meet the relevant business requirements.
• Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
• Cookordination communication and information flow between business and technology teams.

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables.
• Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
