Data Analyst / Engineer
We are looking for a hybrid Data Analyst / Engineer for our Consumer Protection Team to transform operational analytics, analyze customer and internal data, and improve both product delivery and effectiveness. This role will drive efficiency and enhance the reliability of CP products through scalable data pipelines, AI-powered insights, and real-time monitoring. This is a hybrid position located in Frisco, USA, requiring on-site work 2 to 3 days per week. Candidates must reside within a commutable distance to our Frisco office; relocation assistance is not offered at this time.
About The Role
- Design comprehensive data metrics from telemetry and user data for threat analysis and UX optimization.
- Drive and optimize data insights and solutions leveraging AI/ML.
- Design solutions to combine external and internal data sources for enhanced consumer experience.
- Develop scalable ETL pipelines processing large-volume telemetry across heterogeneous systems.
- Build real-time dashboards for monitoring product health and operational issues while ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Ensure seamless AI integration across a polyglot codebase (Android, iOS, macOS, Windows).
Requirements
- 5+ years of Data Engineering experience and 1+ year of hands-on AI/ML experience.
- Experience with Spark, Kafka, ETL pipelines, and data warehouses like Databricks.
- Experience with databases: SQL and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP with a focus on AI/ML services.
- Experience in API development (REST, GraphQL) and real-time systems.
- Cybersecurity platform knowledge and MCP implementation experience.
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate trade-offs and solve complex data problems.

Pay
The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $93,370.00/Yr. - USD $153,400.00/Yr., depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
- Hybrid position: 2 to 3 days per week on-site in Frisco, USA.
- Remote work from home office on non-onsite days.
