Data Analyst - DoD

Summary of duties

• Assisting the customer with locating documents and associated data
• Provide one-on-one training to the AAH PMO
• Review all correspondence to assure that it is accordance with AR 25-50
• Determine appropriate disposition of completed actions
• Make distribution, using internal checklists and procedures
• Analyze and integrate data from AAH PMO by using the CD/DVD replicator, document scan station, CD/DVD library, and associated supplies and materials

Required Minimum Education/Experience/Certifications

• Be able to index and upload documents into document repository to support the Apache PM
• Current, active Secret clearance
• Minimum of 4 years relevant experience
• Demonstrated ability to independently act as a consultant, to set priorities, to organize tasks, monitor assignments, and ensure completion of assigned work
• Strong capability operating Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Basic understanding of USG acquisition process (DoD System Acquisition Life Cycle) and common documents
• Travel may be required (approximately 10%)

• Ability to quickly grasp, understand and interpret key aspects of Army programs
• Ability to communicate, advise and help formulate solutions to senior Government leadership

• Physical Environment/Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation): Must be able to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day. Must be capable of extended periods of computer-based work
• Other: Must meet eligibility for a Public Trust background investigation for government issues credentials and IT access/applicants must be able to pass a security background check per Redstone Arsenal/MSFC requirements. Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Additional Information

• You will be required to provide two (2) forms of Federal I9 documents.
• You will be required to provide a REAL ID compliant identification to gain access to RSA and MSFC. Your name must match on both forms of ID, be original (no copies/digital), and be unexpired.
