Data Analyst - Business (Remote)

We are hiring for one of our clients, a global leader in the Software Development, Technology, Information and Internet, and Data Infrastructure and Analytics industry. This contract role is fully remote, allowing for flexible collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and perform statistical analyses on large datasets to uncover trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Generate ad-hoc reports and visualizations to support decision-making across departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through validation and quality checks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data processing and analysis is required.
• Experience with Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay

$30 - $100/hour
