About the role

The Data & Reporting Analyst assists the Controller with collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting data to support informed decision-making across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Create and maintain regular reports and dashboards
• Create and build reporting and dashboards within a Data Warehouse
• Identify trends and patterns to support pricing, merchandising, promotions, product, or financial strategies

Requirements

• Prefer a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables)
• Experience with Power BI
• Experience with various AI tools analyzing data
• PREFERRED: Experience with SQL

Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analysis techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
