Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze field performance data from HVAC systems, including alarms, sensor logs, control system outputs, and service reports to identify failure patterns and anomalies
• Support root cause analysis by distinguishing between product defects, installation errors, configuration issues, and environmental or operational factors
• Structure and standardize unstructured field data into usable formats for engineering, quality, and reliability analysis
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track system performance, recurring failures, and site-level reliability trends
• Collaborate with service technicians, commissioning teams, and engineers to translate field observations into actionable insights and engineering feedback
• Identify recurring failure modes and contribute to improvements in documentation, troubleshooting guides, and field data collection processes

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or a related field
• Experience: 4 years of experience in data analysis, reliability analytics, or industrial/operations environments
• Proven experience working with incomplete, inconsistent, or unstructured datasets in field, manufacturing, or operational settings
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced), Power BI, SQL, and/or Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis; experience with MS Access or similar tools a plus
• Experience with project/task tracking systems in a manufacturing, engineering, or operations environment; Jira preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, structured insights for both engineering and operational teams
