Responsibilities
- Aid customers in formulating data questions to meet business and strategic needs.
- Transform and analyze data to answer business questions, often involving multiple data sources like claims, electronic health records, and third-party vendors.
- Profile raw data, identifying patterns and trends through the use of appropriate techniques and programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python.
- Develop and present clean, visually compelling charts and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
- Collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure that technical requirements align with business logic.
- Contribute to the maintenance of data integrity, quality control, and standardization within the Revenue Cycle.
- Support the development of the data and analytics strategy, processes, and technical architecture.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL query writing.
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts.
- Experience with R, Python, and other programming languages.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
