Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and maintain Healthcare Professional (HCP) and Healthcare Organization (HCO) records
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer master data
- Investigate duplicate records and affiliations
- Process field force data change requests
- Perform data quality assurance and validation
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates/releases
- Analyze and organize data from multiple sources
- Provide ad-hoc support to cross-functional team members
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of college coursework in Business Administration or related field
- Strong computer and analytical skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IFF Statements, Find/Search functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Able to work independently in a high-volume environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Informatica Data Systems and/or Veeva
- Background in pharmaceutical or healthcare customer data
- Experience with customer master data management and data analysis
