Responsibilities

• Provides reporting on key metrics related to major programs and initiatives.
• Develops, produces, and tracks key metrics through automated processes and KPI dashboards.
• Maintains accuracy and completeness of documentation and records for project monitoring.
• Delivers data analysis and business intelligence reports, including complex requests with high internal and external visibility.
• Coordinates research efforts on various topics to ensure timely information is gathered.
• Contributes to process improvement and refinement efforts of department and/or Operating Unit.
• Develops and maintains systems/tools to facilitate work processes, records management, and communications in support of Business Operations analysis.
• Develops and reports on key performance indicators to measure efficiency and effectiveness of projects and programs.

Requirements

Five or more years of experience in business operations analysis.

Incident Management Team

Employees are expected to support emergency response and/or business continuity efforts, including readiness to serve on an Incident Management Team (IMT) when needed. Employees will participate in an on-call rotation (approximately every four to six weeks), to support IMT activations during emergency events.

Additional Information

Work Modes: On-site, Hybrid, Remote. The position’s work mode is on-site. The employee will report to an SCE facility or in the field location. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.

Work Location: The primary work location for this position is (work location). However, the successful candidate may also be asked to work for an extended amount of time at (alternate work location).

Travel: Position will require up to 60% traveling and being out in the field throughout the SCE service territory.

NERC/CIP: This position has been identified as a NERC/CIP impacted position - Prior to being hired, the successful candidate must pass a Personnel Risk Assessment (PRA) or Background Investigation. Once hired, the candidate must complete specified training prior to gaining un-escorted access to assigned work location and performing necessary job duties.
