Data Analyst

Job Purpose

Sanmina is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to temporarily support the Plant Manager. The role requires a proactive professional who can balance traditional administrative duties with the technical demands of a data-driven environment.

Nature Of Duties

• Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details.
• Maintaining and updating master spreadsheets.
• Creating weekly/monthly reports using pivot tables and vlookup/xlookup to summarize large datasets for management.
• Data cleaning. Standardizing messy data (removing duplicates, reformatting dates or splitting strings).
• May coordinate messages, appointments, and information to callers.
• Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments.
• May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.

Education And Experience

• Requires a minimum of 1-2 years of MS Office experience especially Excel.
• New College Grad Preferred.
• Strong MS Office experience especially Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• High attention to detail and time management.
• Must be an organized individual.
