Role Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis to support decision-making
- Develop and deploy machine learning models where applicable
- Create dashboards and reports using BI tools to communicate insights effectively
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
- Monitor data quality and ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
Qualifications
- Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
- Experience in data analysis, data science, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Advanced SQL skills for data querying and transformation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling
- Experience working with large datasets and relational databases
- Preferred:
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data pipeline development
- Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop)
- Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation
