Data Analyst

About the role

The successful candidate will manage data cutover preparations and monitor activities, gather and produce status reports, translate complex issues into clear narratives, develop summary data dashboards and workflow automation tools, and conduct research to support report delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage data cutover preparations and monitor cutover activities
• Gather and produce cutover status reports during pre and post cutover activities
• Translate complicated issues into concise, well-written narratives
• Develop and maintain summary data dashboards and workflow automation tools
• Develop or provide feedback on data communications products and materials
• Conduct research and analyze information needs to support report artifact delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations Research, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5 years related work experience or 5 years of relevant experience
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal guidance/supervision
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office and other collaborative tools including Teams, Power Apps, Jira
• Expert/Advanced skills in using MS Excel and PowerApps
• Organized, detail-oriented, and strong analytical skills
• Ability to obtain/maintain VA Suitability/Public Trust clearance
