About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to support HR and business decision-making. They will also analyze workforce trends, translate business questions into clear analyses, insights, presentations, and recommendations for HR leaders, and partner with various HR and business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce trends, including attrition, offboarding survey results, and talent acquisition metrics
- Translate business questions into clear analyses, insights, presentations, and recommendations for HR leaders
- Support recurring reporting, ad hoc data requests, audits, and data quality reviews
- Partner with various HR and business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Develop both short-term and scalable long-term solutions for improved reporting processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Human Resources experience
- 3-5 years experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Web Analytics
- Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Proficient with SQL and Python or other data manipulation languages
- Advanced Excel skills
