Description
This role focuses on ensuring business requirements are clearly captured, documented, and translated into actionable technical specifications to support application migration, data integration, and platform transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions to gather and document business requirements
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for technology teams
- Support interface design, workflow validation, and data migration activities
- Facilitate UAT planning, execution, issue tracking, and business sign-off
- Assess business impact of technology changes and support change management efforts
- Develop training materials and support end users during and post-migration
- Identify business risks, track issues, and support mitigation planning
Experience & Qualifications
- 3-6 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in Financial Services
- Strong experience supporting technology transformation or migration programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with data-intensive platforms in Asset Management or Investments is a plus
Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $65,000 - $72,000
